Clinic Director (LCSW) – EFMNY Clinic
Position Summary
Lead clinical and operational oversight for EFMNY’s main clinic and satellite sites. Ensure high-quality, compliant, and sustainable services aligned with OMH/OPWDD Article 16 & 31 standards. Supervise clinical staff, oversee documentation and billing workflows, and maintain EHR integrity. May carry a small caseload based on program needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and enforce clinical standards; supervise and evaluate staff
- Oversee onboarding, training, and clinical supervision compliance
- Manage staffing, productivity, and continuity of care
- Monitor documentation, CPT coding, and billing compliance
- Serve as EHR lead/superuser; ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee daily clinic operations and support staff (including intake/EHR updates)
- Collaborate with Medical Director, leadership, and finance teams
- Support grants, audits, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
- Supervises Clinicians, interns/consultants, Clinic Support Specialist
